1. Any tank sized between the water capacity of 125 gallons & 500 gallons must not sit less than  10 feet from any external source of ignition (open flame, window A/C, compressor, power line, etc.) or from any building structure or property line that can be built upon.

2. A tank larger than 500 gallons water capacity must not sit less than 25 feet from any building structure, power line or property.

3. 120 gallon tanks are available for low use applications.  These tanks can be placed less than 10 feet from a building.

4. For proper delivery service, any tank should not sit more than 75 feet from your drive.  We do carry a 100 foot hose; however, we reserve the remaining 25 feet for the problems of snow, snow banks, and vehicles that may be in the way at time of delivery.
